Kitchen Mart’s number one priority is customer satisfaction. Lots of businesses make that claim. But with 38 years in the remodeling business, Kitchen Mart’s proof is in the numbers.
After using Kitchen Mart’s services to remodel a kitchen or bath, 75 percent of their customers come back for more.
“We routinely meet with customers who come back for a second and third job,” said Kitchen Mart President Dave Hollars. “Maybe we did a kitchen early on. They’ll come back for a bath, or maybe we did their kitchen 15 years ago and now they want to change out the countertops.”
Rick and Pat Hofmaster hired Kitchen Mart on the recommendation of a friend. Impressed with Kitchen Mart’s work, the couple enlisted the company’s services two more times.
“We’ve had them do two bathrooms and our kitchen,” Pat Hofmaster said. “They did a fabulous job and we were very, very pleased with their professionalism. They were prompt and their follow-through was good. Their designer was very open and receptive to our feedback and our input and ideas, so it was a great partnership. We came back to Kitchen Mart because we were just real happy with the work they did.”
Both Kitchen Mart’s sales people and its project managers are continually on site making sure the client is happy.
“We routinely survey our customers for feedback following every job,” Hollars said. “We live by the classic adage that we treat our customer the way we would want to be treated in the same situation. When we give a client a deadline or an appointment we’re there exactly when we say we’re going to be there. Their time is incredibly valuable and we have to make sure we meet the overall parameters.”
Jim & Lucille Rybka are also three-peat customers.
“One of the reasons I like them is they’re always here on time, they’re friendly and they don’t subcontract,” Lucille Rybka said. “If you have a problem, you deal with the boss and it’s taken care of. That’s very important. Several years after I had my kitchen cabinets done I had a little issue with my dishwasher, and they came out and didn’t charge me. While they were here I showed them a little defect in one of the doors. It was immediately replaced. They didn’t charge me and didn’t bat an eye.”
Walt & Ilona Fennel hired Kitchen Mart to remodel their bathroom, then their kitchen.
“We went to their showroom and were delighted with what we saw,” Llona Fennell said.
“They sent someone out to look at our project and do measurements and listened to what we had to say and came back with a proposal complete with every detail. It was just fabulous. They delivered everything that they promised and more. They are so reputable and honest that I could leave with the workers in the house and when I would come back everything was closed up, cleaned up, and put away. I never had a single issue of safety or concern.”
