Piedrafina Residential Limited Warranty

Piedrafina Marble, Inc. the Company, as seller, warrants the original purchaser of Piedrafina products for a period of two (2) years from the original date of installation. The warranty applies only to the material against any manufacturers defects. This warranty applies only to materials that have been maintained according to Piedrafina Care & Maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not apply to improper installation and/or fabrication, such as outdoor applications, or direct sunlight.

Piedrafina is manufactured by utilizing natural stone and materials. Therefore many characteristics that are inherent to natural materials will be present in the product. These characteristics may include such things as variance in aggregate size, small pits, and differences in color, features not to be considered defects.

In the event that a failure does occur in the first two (2) years then Piedrafina Marble, Inc. at its expense will provide replacement material. Piedrafina Marble, Inc. will not provide the cost of labor fabricating, removing, or repairing any damaged material that may occur as a result of reinstalling new product.

Registration form must be submitted within ninety (90) days following installation to activate your warranty. Simply complete the online form made available through Piedrafina Marble, Inc. @ www.pfsurfaces.com/warranty-info  under the warranty section of the website.

Corian® Quartz Warranty

Effective February 5, 2018

Dupont warrants to you, the owner of the original installation of Corian® Quartz (previously known as Dupont Zodiac®) surfaces in your residence, that upon the following terms and conditions Dupont will, at its sole option, repair or replace, without charge, your installation of Corian® Quartz when installed by a Dupont Authorized Corian® Quartz installer, provided that Dupont or its authorized warranty service agent determines that the product has failed due to any manufacturing defect that is covered by this limited warranty during the first ten (10) years from the date of completion of installation of the Corian® Quartz. Product sold and installed under the Dupont Zodiac trade name is similarly warrantied as per this document, as long as all conditions here within this limited warranty document are met.

RESIDENTIAL LIMITED WARRANTY FOR NORTH AMERICA
Cosentino, S.A. warrants to the residential owner-occupants of installed Silestone® quartz surfaces (“Silestone® Surfaces”) that for a period of twenty (25) years from the date of installation of the Silestone® Surfaces in your single family residential home, that the Silestone® material will be free from manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Cosentino, S.A. will at its option, repair or replace the defective Silestone® Surfaces.
What this limited 25—year warranty covers:
This limited transferrable warranty covers Silestone Surfaces that have been purchased from an Authorized Silestone Installer or Dealer    (“Authorized Installer”) and have been permanently installed in your single family residence by an Authorized Installer.
This limited transferrable warranty covers products that have been maintained according to the Silestone Surfaces Care and Maintenance and Integrity Sink Care and Maintenance set forth on www.silestoneusa.com such other repairs and modifications shall be the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty does not cover products that have not been paid for in full. This warranty does not cover products exposed to abnormal use or conditions or abuse in any way. “Abnormal use or conditions” includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat, scorching or exposure to weather conditions, exposure to ultraviolet light, physical or chemical abuse, acid etching, staining, or damage from improper care and maintenance or damage from chipping, cracking, impact damage or breaking due to customer abuse.
Silestone Surfaces are intended to have a natural and non—uniform appearance, thus this limited warranty does not cover any variances in color, shade, particle structure or gloss level.
This warranty does not cover products that you, the customer, decide you do not like after installation due to color, edging styles, or other opinions based on personal preference. This warranty does not cover seam appearance or performance. This warranty does not cover temporary marks on the Silestone products including but not limited to metal marks, fingerprints or smudges or other temporary marks made by household utensils.
This warranty does not cover “commercial uses” of the Silestone products. “Commercial uses” include but are not limited to use in commercial buildings such as retail stores, restaurants, offices, hotels, or apartment complexes.
This warranty does not cover outdoor uses. Commercial, S.A. is not responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or in part by acts of God, job site conditions, architectural and engineering design, structural settling or movement, acts of vandalism or accidents.
This warranty shall apply to Silestone Integrity Sinks that have been installed with your Silestone Surfaces (“Integrity Sinks”), except however, this warranty for Integrity Sinks does not cover normal wear and tear that occurs over time including but not limited to minor dents and scratches from pots and pans, cuts and nicks, scuff marks, chipping, pouring boiling water without cold water, use of dry ice or any other uses that do not comply with the Care and Maintenance for Integrity Sinks.

REGISTRATION, ACTIVATION, TRANSFERING AND OBTAINING SERVICE:

 You must activate your warranty within sixty (60) days of installation to be eligible under this warranty. To transfer this warranty, you must complete, sign and send the Transfer of Ownership form to cs@cosentinogroup.net within sixty (60) days of the transfer of your home.
To obtain the best service under this warranty, contact the source from who the Silestone Surfaces was originally purchased. In order to obtain service under this warranty, you must permit Cosentino North America’s authorized agents to inspect your Silestone Surfaces at your residence. You must reasonably cooperate with the Authorized Installer and Cosentino North America’s agents in the efforts to service this warranty. In no event shall Cosentino North America or Cosentino, S.A. be    liable in either tort or contract for any loss of direct, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or any similar damages, including but not limited to loss profits damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the product for residential applications covered by this limited warranty. Neither Cosentino North America nor Cosentino S.A. make any other warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied with respect to Silestone Surfaces for residential use, except as expressly stated herein. This is the only warranty offered by Cosentino, S.A. for Silestone Surfaces for residential application. Merillat Classic Cabinetry Warranty

Merillat Classic Cabinetry: 25 Year Limited Warranty

Masco Builder Cabinet Group warrants to the original consumer purchaser that our Merillat Classic cabinetry will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of Twenty-Five (25) Years from date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable. No representative of Merillat has the authority to modify this warranty.

As with other natural materials, wood is affected by environmental factors such as natural and artificial lighting. Darkening or mellowing of the wood can be expected and is a natural process of wood as it ages. Each wood species also exhibits its own distinctive patterns and characteristics which add to its natural beauty. These variations in color and characteristic are not considered imperfections or defects. This warranty does not cover the natural aging and darkening of wood color nor does it apply to the inherent growth characteristic of wood.

We further provide a lifetime limited warranty to the original purchaser on the door hinges and drawer glides for as long as you own the product. This lifetime limited warranty provides that the door hinges and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Replacement hinges and drawer glides are subject to their availability from our suppliers.

Masco Builder Cabinet Group may elect to repair or replace any defective Merillat product covered by our warranty. Our warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, environmental conditions, improper installation, storage and handling, nor any labor expenses.

From time to time, we will change design, specification and materials as condition require and improvements are developed, but we have no obligation to incorporate such changes in products we previously manufactured.

To the extent permitted by the law, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. This warranty excludes any incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is only valid in the United States of America. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Fieldstone Cabinetry Warranty

Fieldstone Cabinetry Limited Lifetime Warranty

Congratulations on your purchase of Fieldstone Cabinetry. We take great care in our craftsmanship. Accordingly, we offer the following warranty on our products.

Fieldstone Cabinetry warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product from an authorized dealer that the Fieldstone cabinets purchased will be free from defects in workmanship and material under reasonable use for as long as you own your Fieldstone cabinets. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original installation.

Components of this product not originally manufactured by Fieldstone will be covered to the extent indicated therein by the original component manufacturer’s warranties.

Fieldstone agrees, at Fieldstone’s option, to repair or replace this product or any part thereof, which proves, upon inspection by Fieldstone, to be defective in material or workmanship during the above stated period of warranty coverage. The above warranties are limited to those products that form a portion of the standard Fieldstone Cabinetry product line at the time a warranty claim is made.

Fieldstone will not be liable for any labor, removal, installation, shipping, freight, or other charges incurred acting upon the above warranties. Fieldstone will not be obligated to adjust replacement finishes to match existing products.

Installation, storage, or use of this product not in accordance with product instructions, or misuse, abuse, change, modification, or neglect of, or accident to, the product will void the above warranties. This product is not intended for exterior applications or commercial use, and the above warranties do not apply to any products so used.

The above warranties do not apply to unfinished cabinetry, to normal wear and tear of this product, to the natural aging of mellowing of wood, and wood finishes due to photo degradation or otherwise, or to the effects of exposure to sunlight, extreme temperature, extreme moisture, or extreme dry conditions.

All claims and other communications under the above warranties must be made in writing to the original authorized retail dealer or to Fieldstone at 600 East 48th St. North, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, within ninety (90) days after the date the defect is first discovered or reasonably could have been discovered. This claim must contain a reasonable description of such defect and the date and place of purchase and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. The claimant must provide information and evidence reasonably required by the original authorized retail dealer or Fieldstone and, if requested, must permit inspection of the product within a reasonable period of time after the claim is made.

If the Federal Consumer Product Warranties Act applies to the original purchaser of this product, then any implied warranties which may be applicable under state law, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year.

OTHER THAN AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, FIELDSTONE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUROSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL FIELDSTONE BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

The above warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Certain federal and state laws may limit or disallow disclaimers of incidental or consequential damages and/or limitations on implied warranties.

Cambria Warranty

Cambria Quartz Warranty

Cambria provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty to the original owners of the installed Cambria Natural Quartz SurfacesTM (the “Product”) that the Product will be free from manufacturing defects for so long as the original owner owns the Product. Although the Product is carefully inspected prior to shipping or delivery, it is the responsibility of the Owner to thoroughly inspect the Product upon its receipt. Any damage to the Product thereafter is the responsibility of the Owner. Final inspection and approval of the installation is also the Owner’s sole responsibility.

This Limited Warranty shall apply only where Product is properly fabricated and installed for the residential or commercial interior use only by Cambria approved Installers and Fabricators and only where Product, including floor tile, is properly installed for residential or commercial interior use only, subject to the exclusions set forth below; is used for its intended purpose, and is maintained and used strictly in accordance with the Cambria Product Care and Maintenance Information, which are available within this Limited Warranty document and on the Cambria website at www.CambriaUSA.com.

General Terms & Conditions of this Limited Warranty

This warranty is Limited. The Owner’s sole and exclusive remedy against Cambria shall be at the sole option of Cambria, to repair or replace the defective Product in slab or tile form, depending on the installation, or refund the purchase price.

FURTHER, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LOCAL LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHER WARRANTY OF QUALITY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL OTHER LIABILITIES OR OBLIGATIONS ON THE PART OF CAMBRIA. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH ARE NOT EXCLUDED HEREBY, DUE TO OPERATION OF LAW, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN FOR THE PRODUCT WARRANTED.

IN NO CASE WILL CAMBRIA BE LIABLE EITHER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISEM FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSQEUENTIAL, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGED, INCLUDING BY NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE FOR BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER LOSS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF SUCH DAMAGE WHETHER OT NOT CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF CAMBRIA, EVEN IS CAMBRIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLILTY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This Limited Warranty is the only warranty made by Cambria for Cambria Natural Quartz SurfacesTM. No representative, dealer, employee, installer or any other person is authorized to make, modify or change this Limited Warranty or make any other warranty representative or promise on behalf of Cambria with respect to the Product. No term or condition other than those stated in this Limited Warranty and no agreement or understanding, whether oral or written, in any way purporting to modify or change this Limited Warranty shall be binding upon Cambria, unless made in writing and signed by the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cambria, Martin E. Davis.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty shall be null and void unless the Product has been paid for in full.

This Limited Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and DOES NOT apply to Product subjected to damage due to mishandling, abnormal use, misuse or physical or chemical abuse or exposure, direct or sustained heat or sold or sudden or rapid change in temperature or thermal shock, exposure to chemicals, force, pressure or loading applied from a person, utensil or object, including but not limited to cracks and/or chips resulting therefrom.

This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover damage effects cause by poor installation or fabrication caused by the installer or fabricator. In addiction, improper insufficient or poorly designed support, cabinets, structures, substrate or sub-floors for counter tops, vertical surfaces, or floor tile ARE NOT covered by this Limited Warranty.

Product, including floor tile installed in entry ways, or outdoors, IS NOT covered by this limited warranty. Products that are installed outdoors, in partially covered or sheltered outdoor areas, in entry ways and interior areas subject to traffic flor from the outdoors ARE NOT covered by the limited warranty due to exposure to weather, chancing temperatures, sunlight and other conditions because these conditions can damage the Product. Products, including floor tile and vertical surfaces installed in indoor entryways or outdoors can also be damaged by de-icing activities and other chemicals or substances which are tracked onto or which come into contact with the Product.

This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover Product installed in applications such as, but not limited to, shower trays or shower pans, steam showers, steam rooms and saunas.

This Limited Warranty DOES NOT apply to Cambria Accents.

This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover Product installed in moving vehicles including by not limited to, recreational vehicles (RV’s) or trailers, air crafts, boats, ships or other watercraft.

This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover the quality of the installation or damage caused by the installer or fabricator. Installation or fabrication issues must be resolved directly with the point of purchase and are the sole responsibility of the Owner and the point of purchase and NOT of Cambria and ARE NOT covered by this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover transportation, freight, tear-out, demolition in any form, disposal and re installation fabrication are associated costs beyond the cost of the Product or its replacement.

Various laws, building and safety codes govern the design, engineering and construction of building and installations within them. These vary widely. Cambria assumes no responsibility or obligation with respect  to the selection of its Product for the installation or the designs, engineering construction of the installation site.

Cambria IS NOT responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or in part by acts of God, job site conditions, installation, architectural and engineering design, structural movement, acts of vandalism or accidents.

All Limited Warranty claims must be received by Cambria within thirty (30) days after the Owner learns of the facts upon which the warranty claim is based, or such warranty claim shall be deemed waived.

Right of Cambria to Inspect

In order for Cambria to respond under this Limited Warranty, Cambria’s authorized agents must be permitted sufficient time and opportunity to inspect the Product, evaluate and respond to any claim.

All decisions regarding the existence of manufacturing defects or affecting this Warranty shall be made by Cambria and shall be final and binding upon the parties.

Choice of Law

This Limited Warranty shall be interpreted exclusively under the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Effective Date

This Limited Warranty only applies to Products purchase and installed after August 1, 2008.

To make a claim or obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must call Cambria Customer Care at 1-866-CAMBRIA (1-866-226-2742) or submit your claim in writing to Cambria, 11000 W. 78th St., Suite 200, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 USA, to the attention of Warranty Services.

Please provide the following information:

1.      Your name, address and telephone number.

2.      Description of the Product application for which the claim is made including the color and thickness of the Product

3.      Date of Purchase or date of installation, whichever is earlier.

4.      Name of Retailer, Installer or Fabricator from whom you purchased the Product.

5.      A description of the claim.

A Cambria Customer Care Representative will contact you to follow up on your claim.

This Limited Warranty is non transferable and applies only to the original owner of the product.
